Online Booking System Bed Availability
Cabins (rooms) in each of our Ski Lodges are booked on a per bunk basis. In this regard, there are a couple of factors that need to be taken into consideration, to ensure:
a) we adhere to the license limit in each lodge (ie do not exceed the max number of beds each of our lodges are licensed to sleep)
b) the gender & age mix of members and guests in shared cabins
To address these factors, a small number of bunks are blocked out in each lodge, for allocation by our Booking Officer.
Zero online availability. Whilst the online availability may show zero cabins, members are encouraged to contact the Booking Officer to ascertain whether there is any availability and/or waitlist their requests in case of cancellations.
